The Office for Military, Civil Protection and Corrections is a service provider for public safety and justice. It is particularly responsible for the cantonal military system, cantonal civil protection and corrections.
The Military Department carries out the tasks anchored in military legislation. The department is divided into two areas of responsibility: military administration and military operations. The military administration includes the administration of all persons subject to military service or compulsory service in the Canton of Luzern, and the military operations include the operation of the Armee-Ausbildungszentrum, the Retablierungsstelle as well as the Generalstabsschule Kriens.

For our military operations in the Armee-Ausbildungszentrum Luzern (AAL) and in the Generalstabsschule Kriens (Gst S), we are looking for committed and flexible personalities. In small, motivated teams, you will ensure a well-maintained, functioning operation through your commitment and thus contribute significantly to the well-being of our guests, employees and course participants.

Your tasks

• You will take over the cleaning, care and provision of various rooms at our two operational sites.
• This includes in particular accommodations, offices, meeting and training rooms, sanitary facilities, corridors, staircases and other transit areas.
• You will carry out regular and periodic cleaning work and ensure compliance with our quality and service standards.
• Depending on the place of assignment, you will take on further operational tasks, for example the care of plants, refilling laundry supplies or the cleaning and provision of special operational rooms.
• In the event of holiday absences or personnel shortages, you will flexibly support the team at the other operational site.
• With your independent way of working and your ideas, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational processes.

Your profile

• You have experience in professional cleaning, ideally from the hotel industry, a cleaning institute or a comparable environment.
• Independent, reliable and responsible working is a matter of course for you.
• You are physically resilient, ready for action and like to roll up your sleeves.
• As an open and flexible personality, you value working in a small team and are willing to be deployed at both operational sites.
• Good German skills round off your profile.
