As Deputy Team Lead Logistics, you lead your team through the night shift \- and make every delivery day possible together with them. Important notes: Night shift: 22:00 - 07:00 What you move Operational control: You lead your team through the night shift and ensure smooth operations in your area of responsibility as well as demand-oriented support for adjacent logistics areas. Leadership \& Development: You lead your team technically in everyday operations, promote the further development of employees, and support the Team Lead in leadership tasks. Compliance with standards: You ensure that quality, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP, Migros\-QM) are consistently adhered to and lead by example. Communication \& Cooperation: You ensure the flow of information and, if necessary, specifically bring topics from the team to the responsible departments. Process optimization: You recognize potential for improvement, contribute your ideas, and support the further development of our processes and workflows. What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Specialization: Logistics Professional experience: 3\+ years Logistics \& Leadership Experience in logistics: Several years of professional experience including a degree in logistics or the production environment. Leadership competence: You bring initial experience in the technical leadership of teams and know how to motivate and develop employees. Organizational skills: You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even with high workloads, and set the right priorities. Working hours: You are prepared to work permanently in our night shift from 22:00 to 07:00. Communication strength: You communicate clearly, enjoy working across departments, and ensure trusting cooperation. IT skills: You work confidently with MS Office and ideally bring experience with warehouse management or ERP systems.
