In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an accounting secretary at 50%, organized, rigorous and versatile, capable of managing daily administrative and accounting tasks while ensuring impeccable follow-up of our files. Your main missions Establish and monitor invoicing (payment follow-up, reminders, filing) Perform various accounting operations (entry, payment follow-up, reminders, filing, etc.) Manage current administrative tasks Collaborate closely with management and the various stakeholders Ensure telephone reception and the follow-up of mail and e-mails Prepare the administrative documents necessary for the smooth running of the company Participate in the preparation and follow-up of public tenders, which represent an important part of our activity. Your profile Several years of experience as an accounting secretary, administrative secretary or in a similar function within an SME. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Taste for numbers, comfortable with common IT tools (Microsoft Office) and management software. Experience in the management or preparation of public tender files is a real asset. Autonomous, organized, discreet person endowed with an excellent sense of priorities.
