Integration Consultant / Job Coach

WHO ARE WE? ###

lifetime health GmbH is a collegially managed service company in the field of vocational integration and health promotion. Die Startrampe is our integration program and aims at building individual performance and work capacity and integration into the 1st labor market. Participants attend the modules Work, Movement, Health Promotion, Application, and Education. Additionally, we accompany them in coaching with regular conversations, developing individual follow-up vocational solutions and searching for placement positions.

WHAT DO YOU BRING WITH YOU? ###

• Experience in the accompaniment and coaching of people with complex physical and psychological issues
• Education or further training in the field of Social Work, Psychology, Coaching, Supported Employment, Vocational Counseling, Social or Work Agogics
• Knowledge of social insurance law (especially IVG), the Swiss vocational landscape and the labor market
• Very good MS Office and PC user skills
• Experience in writing professional, meaningful and target-group-oriented reports
• Resource- and solution-oriented basic attitude, humor and resilience
• Self-organized way of working, personal responsibility, teamwork and flexibility for collaboration in different circles
• Willingness to engage personally and within the framework of counseling with the topic of health promotion

WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS? ###

• Counseling and accompaniment of participants in vocational integration
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the involved bodies (external specialists, referring bodies, employers etc.)
• Acquisition of placement positions in the first labor market
• Independent case management and documentation in our CASEnet application
• Creation of progress and final reports for the referring bodies
• Collaboration in the application module
• Exchange in team meetings, intervisions, case discussions and supervisions
• Optional: Planning and implementation of educational instruction with KoRe, AVIVA / recurring administrative activities in the team of integration consultants
