Product Manager Velo Your main tasks You take over the technical and operational overall responsibility for the product areas Velo Groups / Individually. This includes conception, procurement, and market readiness You continuously develop the product portfolio, identify new destinations and trends, and ensure competitiveness in the market You negotiate and maintain contracts with service providers worldwide (hotels, guides, bike rentals, transport partners, DMCs, etc.) and are responsible for the entire purchasing strategy You control calculation, pricing, and profitability control and are responsible for the budget for the area You lead and develop a team of six employees in a targeted manner and create a work culture that promotes independence and quality You are responsible for the sale and marketing of your products together with the in-house marketing agency You are responsible for the production of product-relevant annual catalogs You are responsible for quality assurance and ensure that our products consistently meet the high expectations of our customers Your profile Completed education, preferably with further training, ideally in tourism Several years of experience in tour operating with group and/or individual travel Knowledge in the bike and active travel segment is a clear advantage Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams Analytical thinking, structured work, and pronounced negotiating strength High IT affinity Very good German and English language skills Genuine enthusiasm for bike and outdoor travel What to expect Management position with real scope for design and strong support from the group Motivated team with high identification for product and brand Central workplace in Luzern with very good public transport connections Convincing compensation, where your success pays off directly Attractive travel conditions within the group jpidc052f33jm jit0624jm jiy26jm
