As part of the team, you will take over the care of green spaces and surroundings around the properties managed by us. The area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Garden and surroundings maintenance (cutting hedges and shrubs, mowing lawns, weeding, leaf removal, winter pruning, etc.)
• Small repair work and third-party orders (disposals, etc.)
• Carrying out smaller repairs and maintenance work
• Assistance in all janitorial areas during capacity bottlenecks (cleaning and technical)
• Taking over telephone weekend on-call service in an alternating rhythm
• Winter service
• Rapport of the work carried out

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a maintenance gardener, specialist in facility management (public works) or many years of experience in the garden sector
• Experience in hedge/shrub and winter pruning
• Reliable doer personality
• Goal-oriented, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Willingness to acquire new specialist knowledge
• Manual dexterity
• Creative
• High customer / service orientation
• Open, cheerful, winning personality with heart and humor
• Team spirit
• Motivated and resilient
• Driver's license Cat. B (BE additionally an advantage)
• Administrative knowledge (reporting)
• German language skills
