On behalf of one of our clients located in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a

Specialized Case Manager (M/F)

possessing a strong analytical capacity and a marked interest in processing complex individual situations.

Within a demanding and regulated environment, you will be responsible for the investigation, analysis, and follow-up of files requiring an in-depth examination of administrative, financial, and personal aspects.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate individual situations requiring a rigorous assessment of facts ;
• Examine and interpret various documents and supporting evidence to determine the rights or benefits concerned ;
• Verify the compliance of information provided and identify elements requiring additional verifications ;
• Conduct interviews with users to gather the information necessary for a proper understanding of their situation ;
• Research, cross-reference, and synthesize information useful for the investigation of files ;
• Apply current legal bases, directives, and procedures ;
• Issue preliminary findings, draft reports, letters, notes, and other administrative documents ;
• Participate in the processing of oppositions and ensure the administrative follow-up of decisions rendered ;
• Guarantee file processing in accordance with requirements of quality, fairness, and confidentiality.

Your profile

• Proven experience in the management and processing of complex files ;
• Federal Diploma in Social Insurance is an asset;
• Experience within social insurance, social assistance, a public administration, or a similar field required ;
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and discernment skills ;
• Interpersonal skills and ability to conduct interviews with interlocutors from various backgrounds ;
• Ability to work autonomously, methodically, and organized ;
• Very good writing skills in French ;
• Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system required.
