Customer Service Clerk 50% (m/f)

Your tasks - with impact and responsibility

• Responsible for order processing from receipt to invoicing
• Telephone (internal) customer support
• Processing of returns and credit notes
• General administrative tasks
• Working days Monday and Tuesday full day, Wednesday morning

Your profile - what you bring to our shared success story

• Commercial basic training (or technical basic training with commercial further training)
• Experience gained in sales office or order processing
• Confident communication in German as well as very good French skills
• Independent way of working with good PC skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage (ideally SD module)
