Bern, Schweiz | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • As a member of the Executive Board, lead the organizational unit <<Finance and Controlling>> in personnel, organizational, and technical terms and be responsible for the efficient fulfillment of tasks • Design and adapt the financial strategy of the Federal Office with four global budgets and take over the strategic financial leadership of higher-level programs/projects with political relevance • Ensure the strategic orientation of the Federation's procurement controlling in accordance with the Federal Council's procurement strategy • Be responsible for all QRM topics of the Federal Office (Quality, Risk, Processes, IKS, etc.) • Participate in higher-level, nationwide committees and departmental committees and contribute business management concerns <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in Business Administration (University or University of Applied Sciences) with several years of professional experience • Specialization in cameralistic financial management • Broadly diversified generalist knowledge as well as experience in public procurement • Proven and experienced leadership personality • Very good knowledge of at least two official languages, passive knowledge of the third official language <br /> In a nutshell As a member of the Executive Board, take over the operational and strategic leadership of our finance and manage the finances of our Federal Office at the interface of politics and business administration.
