Actively shape our continuing education offering: In this versatile function, you are responsible for the planning, organization, and marketing of continuing education programs. You coordinate various stakeholders, undertake the marketing activities of the continuing education offerings, and make an important contribution to the success of our institute. Program Manager: Continuing Education & Marketing 50-100 % Department: School of Management and Law Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Tasks You will take on two closely linked areas of responsibility: A) Program Management Continuing Education (50 %) * You are responsible for the program management of the MAS and CAS of the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship: From module and schedule planning to the coordination of lecturers and quality assurance of the program * You work closely with course directors, lecturers, and the central marketing of ZHAW * You independently update documents and information for continuing education on various platforms (e.g., updating CAS brochures, Moodle courses) * You carry out independent evaluations and analyses of continuing education key figures in order to derive concrete improvements B) Online Marketing and AI affinity (50 %) * You plan and supervise social media campaigns as well as other online marketing measures for the institute's CAS and MAS offerings and evaluate their impact in order to derive concrete improvements * You create content for LinkedIn and the continuing education websites and ensure a consistent, modern, and professional appearance of our continuing education programs * You are enthusiastic about the new possibilities of AI in online marketing and test these Profile You have completed training in the commercial, media, or a comparable field as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in the education or higher education environment. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field is desirable, but not a requirement. Additionally, you ideally bring experience and competencies in the following areas: A) Program Management (50 %) * Experience in program, course, or continuing education management, preferably in the education or higher education environment * High service orientation, communicative and positive personality who values contact with people and maintains a friendly, cooperative, and professional interaction with continuing education participants, course directors, and lecturers * Independent, structured, and reliable way of working, even with recurring administrative tasks, as well as organizational skills and resilience in labor-intensive phases B) Online Marketing and AI affinity (50 %) * Experience in the field of social media, content marketing, and digital communication * Ability to evaluate marketing key figures and derive concrete optimization measures from them * Stylistically confident, creative writing with a sense for language and target group. Trained eye for design: You use colors, layout, and visual language cohesively and thus ensure a modern, professional appearance with clear recognition value * Enthusiasm for new AI possibilities in online marketing as well as interest in testing these for your own tasks.
