Early childhood educators or socio-cultural workers - APEMS de Chailly (70% to 90%)
L'APEMS de Chailly, distributed over two sites and offering a capacity of 84 places, welcomes children from 3P to 6P. Located near the school and public transport, it offers a pleasant working environment, between city and nature. The educational team consists of a multidisciplinary and mixed team of 10 people.
In full boom, the Domaine parascolaire is looking to equip itself with committed and creative individuals in order to develop the mission of this recent field of social work. The mission in APEMS is focused on the development of children's social skills through their participation in community life. The implementation of collective projects, the development of partnerships with stakeholders around the children, the reflection and the formation of pedagogical projects as a team are the essential actions that support and sustain the daily care of the group of children.
Main mission(s)
Ensure the care of a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical concept while maintaining the global vision
Accompany the group of children in the accomplishment of daily activities as well as in the completion of their school homework and promote their autonomy
Propose an individualized support approach in connection with the skills to be developed or the needs of the child
Participate in the general organization of the structure
Assume specific administrative tasks
Propose, manage and document projects involving several internal and external stakeholders
Include the different stakeholders in the reception and education of the group of children
Profile
Title of early childhood educator (HES or ES) or socio-cultural worker (HES) recognized according to the competency framework of the law on childcare (LAJE)
Additional training as a practical trainer or professional practice trainer, an asset
Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a group of children
Good knowledge of collective care settings and group dynamics
Team spirit, comfortable in exchanges with parents
Autonomy and responsible attitude
Analytical and synthesis skills and ability to propose improvements
Ability to document one's own activity and that of the group of children
Able to develop a participatory process within one's team and within the community of children
Special conditions
Clean criminal records (ordinary and special)
Split hours from Monday to Friday
Contract with activities during school holidays
