For the Dagmersellen location, we are looking for a responsible

Production Worker / Shift Supervisor Production

(100% workload; in shift work) as of 1 January 2027

Your tasks

• Operate and convert production equipment
• Coordinate a team of 2-3 employees
• Ensure production processes and quality
• Rectify malfunctions, perform maintenance
• Ensure shift handover
• Work flexibly in production

What you bring with you

• Mandatory good German skills in speaking and writing
• Physical resilience (lifting up to 25 kg)
• Experience in a production company
• Readiness for 3-shift operation
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Forklift license is an advantage
