Your missions :

During your integration, you will familiarize yourself with our tools and our internal procedures. You will participate in transport planning, ensure the administrative follow-up of operations (quotes, invoices and delivery notes) and exchange daily with carriers and customers.

As you progress, you will take charge of:

Autonomous coordination of transport files.
The monitoring of performance indicators and the updating of dashboards.
The improvement of internal procedures and participation in logistics strategy and transport planning.
The monitoring of the vehicle fleet and the planning of maintenance.

Your profile

Italian: indispensable mastery orally and in writing, allowing for easy communication in a professional context.
French: mastery orally and in writing. Good basics in English.
Training or first experience in transport, logistics or operations management.
Comfort with IT and office tools, notably Excel and ERP management software; knowledge of TIMOCOM.
Organization, rigor, autonomy and good interpersonal skills. You enjoy teamwork and wish to progressively take on responsibilities.
