Your tasks

• Methodical-didactic planning, implementation and evaluation of the course sequences
• Preparation and provision of course materials
• Professional accompaniment and support of participants in job applications (dossier, application letters, search strategies, development of key qualifications)
• Cooperation and networking with the other Instructors Job Application and the job coaches

Your profile

• Completed basic training (EFZ)
• Training or further education in adult education (at least SVEB 1)
• Professional experience in adult education (advantageously with the target group)
• Very good ICT knowledge and accustomed to working with new media
• Knowledge of the current job and labor market
• Resource- and solution-oriented way of acting
• Quick comprehension, flexibility and the ability to structure tasks efficiently
• Committed, open and respectful behavior
• Initiative and enjoyment of a changing work environment
