What you achieve with us

• You ensure cleanliness and order in the kitchen and thus make a significant contribution to the smooth operation of the entire kitchen.
• The cleaning of pots, pans, kitchen appliances as well as the professional operation of the dishwashers is part of your daily tasks.
• You take care of waste separation, hygiene and proper storage of kitchen utensils.
• In close cooperation with the kitchen and stewarding team, you support the kitchen team as needed with simple preparation work.
• You ensure that all work areas are always clean and ready for use - even at peak times.
• With your high level of hygiene awareness and your responsible way of working, you create the basis for a first-class culinary experience for our guests.

Your profile

• Initial experience in the dishwasher or in a comparable area is an advantage, but not necessarily required
• Good physical condition and willingness to work carefully even under high stress
• Independent and diligent way of working
• Teamwork and reliability
• Basic knowledge of Italian or English is an advantage
• High level of cleanliness, order and hygiene awareness

Our offer

• Seasonal position from mid-November 2026 to early April 2027 - with the possibility of further seasons
• 5-day week on average with 43.5 hours
• 5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year
• 13th monthly salary from entry (pro rata temporis)
