Construction in existing buildings - Project Architect with development potential to Project Manager (60-80%)

We work openly and appreciatively in small teams with short decision-making paths, a high degree of personal responsibility, and room for personal development.   What awaits you   • You plan interventions in existing buildings - from the feasibility study to execution. • You coordinate independently with our specialist planners and develop your detailed solutions in consultation with our contractors. • In the medium term, you will lead your projects independently and become the direct contact person for our clients.   What you bring   • You have training as an architect (FH or equivalent). • You are interested in construction in existing buildings and like the way we think and design. • You have well over 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland, preferably 3 of them in execution planning. • You are able to model your buildings well in ArchiCAD® 3D and can develop your execution plans from it. • You have good knowledge of the German language in speaking and writing (C1), the office language is German.   What we offer   • A team of experienced employees who will support you in your development. • Part-time models with flexibility - to reconcile work and family. • Five weeks of vacation and an annual working time without expected overtime. • A BVG model without disadvantage for part-time percentages.   Your place of work is in the Stadtsiedlung Binz, on the ground floor with a beautiful terrace in front of the door.
