For the Tertianum Neuhegi in Winterthur, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Team Leader Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII 80-100% for the protected ward Your tasks • Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team • Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes and duty scheduling with Polypoint PEP • Taking over tasks as daily responsibility • Planning and leading team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees Your profile • Completed training as a Certified Nurse FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage • Professional experience in dealing with people with dementia is desired or interest in further training in this area • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage Why Tertianum?
