Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Prepare paints and ensure surface treatments in accordance with technical instructions.
• Set up and adjust tools and equipment according to defined parameters.
• Perform first-level maintenance of the machines used to ensure their proper functioning.
• Prepare surfaces to be varnished (cleaning, sanding, etc.).
• Control the quality of the finish (absence of defects, uniformity of the layer, etc.).
• Maintain a clean working environment and respect safety standards.

Profile sought

Your profile:

• You have a minimum of one year of experience in industry or restoration
• You have initial experience as a varnisher (an asset)
• Driver's license
• You must live in the region
• You are meticulous, rigorous, and have a good sense of detail.
• You are autonomous while being able to work in a team.
• Knowledge of specific products and materials to be varnished. (asset)
• You have good physical condition
• Personal skills: You are proactive, precise, endowed with a good team spirit and great flexibility.
