To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as soon as possible as Plant Operator in 4-shift system 100% (m/f/d) Tasks Plant professional: You control the heart of our paper production, monitor the waste paper processing plant and the fluidized bed furnace, and ensure a smooth process. You also ensure that all aggregates are functioning and that the paper input is carried out correctly according to the recipe and color specification. Organizational talent: You manage daily tasks, perform water analyses, maintenance work, and cleaning tasks, and ensure the replenishment of aids. Technical all-rounder: You assist with repairs, web changes, and process problems. Your ideas for optimizing production processes are in demand. Profile Education and experience: You have a completed mechanical or technical education, e.g., as a plant operator, mechanic, locksmith, or plumber, or you bring several years of experience with industrial plants. Ideally, you have experience as a boiler operator. Willingness for further training: You bring sound knowledge as a boiler operator or are interested in completing further training with our support. Shift availability: You feel comfortable in a 4-shift operation. We work in a rolling 7-day shift model, in which you work seven consecutive days in the same shift - also on weekends and public holidays. Between the shift changes, you have 56 to 80 hours of free time available depending on the rhythm. Personal characteristics: You are manually and technically skilled, a team player, work independently and thoughtfully, and can communicate well in German. Systems: You have experience with process control systems and are familiar with (process engineering) plants and MS-Office.
