Team Leader - Psychologist Profile Mandatory Position Job Description You are interested in team management, are sensitive to the challenges in the field of specialized pedagogy and want to help young people in difficulty in the Vaudois training system. Responsibilities Ensure the responsibility of a team of psychologists in post-compulsory education, develop the skills of employees and promote clinical exchanges. Participate in the management of psychologist services in compulsory education and enforce decisions. Support the training mission of vocational schools or high schools by providing specific skills and knowledge within the establishment. Provide specific help to adolescents and young adults in school who encounter emotional, relational, learning, behavioral or integration difficulties in order to promote their development and social, school and professional integration. Collaborate with parents, school actors and other stakeholders involved and provide specific knowledge in the relational, learning, behavioral or developmental fields allowing actions or adjustments to the school context for the benefit of the young person or group of young people in difficulty. Qualifications Master's degree in psychology and postgraduate degree in psychology required (specialization in child and adolescent, psychotherapy, clinical psychology or neuropsychology). Certified complementary training in psychology (ECTS credits) or non-certified complementary training in the concerned field (of equivalent extent to certified training) and validated by the service or title of training in a related field (teaching, psychology, sociology, etc.) Minimum 5 years of professional experience, interest in multidisciplinary work and group work.
