Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) 100% For our client, an established company in the field of psychiatric care and inpatient nursing in the St. Gallen region, we are looking for committed nursing specialists for immediate start or by arrangement for deployment in various treatment settings. Our client offers you a varied working environment in multiprofessional teams, in which specialists with different educational backgrounds, levels of competence, and life experiences work together towards a common goal. The composition of the teams varies depending on the assignment and size of the respective ward and includes specialists from FaGe to HF and FH up to Master's degrees in nursing science. Tasks You will undertake nursing tasks within the framework of the psychiatric care and treatment of patients or residents. In doing so, you will work closely with other professional groups and contribute your professional competence to the interdisciplinary teamwork. Depending on experience and qualification, you will also help shape case management, support as a nursing expert on the ward, or take on responsibility in leadership or vocational training. Requirements You have completed training in the nursing field, such as Fachfrau or Fachmann Gesundheit, with a diploma at HF or FH level or an advanced degree up to a Master of Science in Nursing. Ideally, you already have experience in a psychiatric environment, show enjoyment in working in diverse teams, and are ready to develop professionally and personally.
