In order to strengthen our team in Crissier (VD) and Martigny (VS), we are looking for a: After-sales service Technician in household appliances 80-100% (M/F) and a household appliance installer 80-100% (M/F) Mission • Diagnose and troubleshoot household appliances • Build customer loyalty through the quality of interventions • Advise customers on various products • Establish intervention reports via tablet • Delivery and installation of built-in and freestanding household appliances • Connections (water, electricity according to standards) • Commissioning and explanations to customers • Neat work at the customer's premises Profile • CFC as an electrician, automation technician, carpenter, or equivalent • OIBT certificate, an asset • Proven experience in the field of after-sales service and ideally in household appliances • Comfortable with manual work • Initiative, sense of organization, and autonomy • Customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude • Category B driver's license • Residing in the canton of Vaud or Valais What we offer • An interesting and varied field of activity • Support from a competent team • Attractive remuneration in relation to your skills • Tablet, smartphone, and company vehicle We look forward to receiving your application documents (cover letter, CV, diplomas, and certificates)
