Our transport office for persons with Reduced Mobility in the Lausanne region has the mission to coordinate transport for persons having mobility difficulties. This office brings together the home care organizations of the Lausanne agglomeration (Fondation Soins Lausanne, APROMAD, APREMADOL) and Pro Infirmis. It handles the collaboration agreement with the transport partners, namely the adapted transport providers who have concluded a contract with the Fondation Soins Lausanne, Taxi Services Sàrl, the Croix-Rouge and the Lausanne volunteer mutual aid service. Following the departure of the incumbent, we are looking for a: Responsable du bureau de coordination Transport de personnes à mobilité réduite (TMRL) (M/F) - 80-90% Your mission: • Ensure the coordination of transport for persons with reduced mobility living at home in the Grand Lausanne region • Guarantee the quality of services and the continuous improvement of the system • Manage a team of about ten male and female collaborators • Ensure budgetary monitoring, invoicing and activity reporting • Develop collaboration with network partners and represent the institution to them • Handle special situations and complaints related to the service Your profile and your skills: • Higher education in the medico-social, health or public administration field • Training in management, an asset • Proven experience in team management and project leadership • Experience in steering an operational activity • Good knowledge of the Vaud socio-sanitary system and financing regimes • Ease in managing delicate situations and complaints • Leadership, proactivity and solution orientation • Writing skills and ease in contacts • Mastery of IT tools and activity databases • Mastery of French orally and in writing We offer: • Integration plan by profession, rich and varied continuous training offers, professional development possibilities • Pay equity between women and men (Fair-ON-Pay certification) • Remuneration according to the Collective Labour Agreement (CCT) of the Vaudois semi-public health sector • Advantageous offers with preferential rates in service companies around sport, health and well-being and various leisure • Soft mobility policy and participation in public transport costs • Five weeks of vacation per year and six weeks from age 50 Location: Direction de la Fondation Soins Lausanne Start date: Immediately or to be agreed Application deadline: 27 July 2026 Information: M.
