Electrical Foreman 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational management of medium and large-scale electrical construction sites
• Organize, coordinate and supervise assembly teams in the field
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality of execution and safety standards
• Plan the human, material and logistical resources necessary for the work
• Ensure the technical monitoring of installations and provide solutions in case of unforeseen events
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, suppliers and other trades
• Participate in site meetings and ensure regular reporting on the progress of the work

Profile

• CFC Electrician-Installer or Assembly Electrician with additional training as a foreman
• Proven experience in the management and supervision of electrical construction sites
• Excellent skills in organization and team coordination
• Good knowledge of electrical standards and current safety rules
• Ability to make decisions and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Driving license indispensable
