Your challenge

• You grow into the role of a Business Partner and support management, the specialist functions, and the Group Finance Team
• As a future key user for the "SAP-CO" module within the SUHNER Group, you actively drive optimizations forward
• Committed participation in the operational controlling of the locations Switzerland and Germany (in neighboring Bad Säckingen) with support in the creation of budgets and forecasts in SAP & Tagetik
• Co-responsibility for the profit and market segment accounting (CO-PA), for the monitoring of cost centers, and for the creation of profitability analyses
• Deputy in plant controlling as well as support for controls to ensure compliance with the internal control system (IKS)

Your profile

• Initial sound professional experience (approx. 2-4 years) in controlling. Experience in a manufacturing industrial company is a plus
• Successful business studies (FH/UNI) with a focus on Finance/Controlling or alternative training in controlling
• Strong IT and data affinity, ideally with initial experience with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA (Modules FI&CO). Motivation to dive deep into modern data structures and value flows
• Solid understanding of corporate accounting as well as strong analytical skills. Pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working in a dynamic environment
• Fluent communication in German and English. High willingness to learn and enjoyment in developing into the role of a sparring partner
