Assistant Real Estate Management

WHAT YOU CAN MOVE WITH US

• You support the department in all administrative matters of real estate management
• You are responsible for the creation, dispatch, and control of lease agreements, the processing of various inquiries, and the accounting of invoices
• You process the reminder lists and you are responsible for the control regarding the release of rent deposits
• If required, you support the real estate managers during apartment viewings and organize apartment move-outs and handovers

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You have a commercial or equivalent training
• Professional experience in real estate management is an advantage
• You are characterized by an exact and structured way of working, can assert yourself well, and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
• You show a high degree of commitment, are a down-to-earth doer, and enjoy working in a team
• Confident German completes your profile
