Client Advisor Service Center, 80-100%# What awaits you### • You join our customer support team and become a specialist in our e-banking platform "VZ Portail financier". • You support our clients by phone for the activation and login to VZ Portail financier • You advise our private clients by phone on the services of VZ Portail financier (banking services, savings, investments, and pension planning) and inform them about our digital services. • You identify optimization potential and organize appointments for our branch advisors. • Internally, you provide support to our French-speaking client advisors in connection with all VZ services and VZ Portail financier. You also collaborate with our employees at the VZ Banque de Dépôt headquarters in Zoug. • You constantly develop your knowledge and can thus provide information on all services offered, particularly in the field of digital banking. • In addition to your daily tasks, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of VZ Banque de Dépôt by participating in internal projects.  What you bring### • A commercial education and initial experience in the banking sector • If applicable, you are pursuing a course of study of the HEG type during your employment • Professional communication and pleasure in having daily contact with French-speaking clients • Sufficiently solid German language skills to communicate internally with specialized departments • Willingness to occasionally travel to Zurich or Zoug to maintain personal contact with other specialized departments • Affinity for digital technologies and computer science in general What we offer### • You attend advanced training courses at the VZ Bank Academy to deepen your banking knowledge.
