Intralogistics Operator (Incoming, Warehouse & Packaging) 100%

For our client, an internationally active company in a regulated production environment, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable personality as an Intralogistics Operator. In this position, you will ensure a smooth material flow from goods receipt through warehousing to packaging. You will work closely with various internal interfaces and make an important contribution to the timely supply of production and shipping. Your tasks: -Goods receipt -Receipt, inspection and processing of incoming goods -Carrying out visual inspections regarding completeness and damage -Control of delivery documents as well as clarification of discrepancies -Booking of goods receipts in the ERP system -Processing of over- and under-deliveries -Management and processing of reusable packaging -Warehouse & material management -Professional storage of materials according to applicable guidelines Picking of production, transfer and spare part orders -Ensuring material availability for production and shipping -Carrying out material movements in the ERP system -Support during inventories and stock controls -Packaging & shipping preparation -Packaging of products and accessories according to work instructions -Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards -Preparation of shipments for internal and external shipping General tasks: -Participation in continuous improvement processes -Support in ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse area -Cooperation with internal specialist departments such as purchasing, planning and production -Compliance with relevant quality, safety and environmental regulations Your profile: -Professional qualifications -Completed training in the field of logistics or comparable professional experience -Experience in goods receipt, warehouse or in material management -Experience in dealing with ERP systems, ideally SAP -Valid forklift license (at least category S2) -Good German language skills in speaking and writing Personal competencies: -Reliable and structured way of working -Strong sense of quality and responsibility -Teamwork skills and high level of commitment -Flexibility and willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks -Service-oriented and proactive personality -Physical resilience Advantageous: -Experience in a regulated production environment (e.g. medical technology, pharma or life sciences) -Knowledge of Lean methods or 5S -English language skills
