Sales Engineer for Upgrades (gn)

To support our After Sales Team, we are looking for a passionate Engineer (gn) for our growing Upgrade and Retrofit business. Your tasks * Global responsibility for the expansion and maintenance of the Retrofit and Upgrade portfolio, in close cooperation with Product Management * Global technical sales of Retrofits and Upgrades, in close cooperation with the regional Sales and Service teams * Independent creation of offers and execution of Upgrades and Retrofits, including the supervision of the service team that carries out the work * Support with life-cycle topics, in close cooperation with Engineering, Product Management and Purchasing * Technical customer support as well as Field Service worldwide * Further development and promotion of the quality, speed and efficiency of the processes for Upgrades and Retrofits worldwide * Support for the development and maintenance of our Installed Base * Development and support in the definition and implementation of the After-Sales strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sustainable and profitable growth with Upgrades and Retrofits Your profile * Technical training or studies and at least 5 years of experience in the areas of Technical Service and/or Electrical Engineering, in customer service as well as in the Upgrade/Retrofit business * Enjoyment of technical challenges and a result-oriented way of working, combined with a strong customer and service orientation * Experience in Thermal Spraying or its industrial application * Open and strong personality with a positive and supportive mindset and very good communication skills in German and English We offer * Attractive compensation package with good social benefits * In early 2027, Oerlikon Metco will move to Hausen (AG) -- a modern production and technology center for Thermal Coating awaits us * Varied activity in an internationally oriented company in the high-tech sector * Open corporate culture and a friendly, open-minded team * Perspectives for personal and professional development * Independent work in an attractive working environment Feel addressed?
