Who are we?

We are a friendly permanent and temporary personnel placement agency, well-established in the Medical and social fields. We are currently also developing the sectors of home care, assistance, and support. Our offices are located in Carouge. Our policy is human connection, listening, and trust. We work just as well in emergencies for temporary missions as for permanent positions.

Responsibilities ###

• Provide nursing care to a child with multiple disabilities and psychiatric disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Actively participate in clinical meetings and case discussions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of therapeutic projects.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of medical and administrative files.
• One-on-one care, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm throughout the entire 2026/2027 school period, with the possibility of mission renewal depending on funding.

Qualifications ###

• Nursing diploma recognized in Switzerland (or equivalence).
• Previous experience in child psychiatry or psychiatry desired.
• Available immediately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in French, any other language is an asset.
• Flexibility, empathy, and sense of responsibility.
