This is what you will do ##

• Supervision of assistant physicians at the Vascular Center, participation in the further training of assistant physicians (WB category B) and independent medical practice
• With corresponding prior knowledge, independent performance of catheter interventions and/or phlebological procedures or learning these skills under supervision
• Strongly networked, interdisciplinary environment: close collaboration with foot orthopedics with a joint diabetic foot clinic, nephrology, neurology with a joint neurovascular clinic, internal medicine and many other disciplines
• Possibility of setting up one's own medical practice at an external location
• Good work-life balance
• Bilingual environment (German and French)

• Federal specialist physician title for Angiology
• Team player with entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent in German or French, good knowledge of the other language
• Several years of experience as a senior physician in Angiology at a Swiss hospital

At Spitalzentrum Biel, Angiology, Vascular Surgery and Interventional Radiology work together in a standalone Vascular Center. With this daily lived interdisciplinarity, we offer our patients the entire range of vascular medicine diagnostics and therapies. The large catchment area contributes to a varied and challenging Angiology. Our core competencies include all endovascular procedures with a focus on arterial revascularization and embolization in a brand-new state-of-the-art catheter laboratory, as well as the minimally invasive treatment of varicose veins.
