On behalf of a leading private structure based in Geneva, we are looking for a versatile Property & Art Collections Coordinator to support the operational activities related to the management of private residences, art collections, and services dedicated to a Swiss family active internationally.

Based in Geneva, you will evolve in a demanding environment where discretion, sense of service, and adaptability are essential.

Job Description ##

Your responsibilities

• Participate in the logistical management of art collections and valuable objects: handling, packaging, specialized transport, inventories, movement of works, and organization of storage spaces.
• Ensure the operational follow-up of several private residences, ensuring their smooth daily functioning and coordinating the interventions of technical service providers.
• Take charge of various coordination and logistical support missions, including shipment tracking and the management of documents and equipment.
• Occasionally coordinate the secure delivery of works, equipment, or sensitive material, as well as certain representation missions requiring reliability, discretion, and a sense of service.
• Take charge, when necessary, of certain family travels, ensuring irreproachable service and perfect confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external interlocutors to guarantee the proper execution of operations and projects.

The Successful Applicant ##

Your profile

• Proven experience in an environment related to the transport, handling, or logistics of works of art, collector's items, high-end furniture, or assets requiring particular precautions.
• Very good knowledge of the economic, cultural, and artistic fabric of the Lemanic arc.
• Excellent mastery of the handling and transport of works of art or sensitive objects.
• Excellent level of French and good basics of English required.
• Acute sense of discretion, confidentiality, and service.
• Very good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously and to react effectively to unforeseen circumstances.
• Team spirit while being autonomous in the organization of your activity.
• Flexibility in hours according to operational needs.
• Driver's license indispensable; trailer license strongly appreciated, coastal license an asset.
