YOUR MISSION

As Head of Finance and Accounting, you take on a central role in our company and, together with your team, are responsible for a reliable and professional finance organization. You ensure transparent financial processes and meaningful financial statements, thereby creating an important basis for sound entrepreneurial decisions. As a competent contact person, you work closely with the management as well as various internal and external partners and continuously develop the finance department.

WHAT YOU MOVE

• Responsibility and operational cooperation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensuring correct general and subsidiary ledgers
• Preparation and monitoring of budget and financial plans
• Contact person for audit bodies, tax consultancy, banks and authorities
• Management of payment transactions as well as monitoring of liquidity
• Management of the finance team of 2 persons

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU

• Completed higher education in finance and accounting (HF, FH, federal diploma or comparable further training)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar function
• High affinity for numbers as well as a reliable, solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• At least initial leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
