Methods Technician Machining Methods Technician (M/F) About is an independent French group specializing in the design, development, manufacture, and marketing of implantable medical devices intended for orthopedic surgery. As part of the development of our activity in Switzerland, we are looking for a Methods Technician. Your missions Provide technical support to production teams. Prepare the tooling, setups, and materials necessary for manufacturing. Participate in the industrialization of new products. Optimize machining processes and CAM/CMM programs. Manage tooling, consumables, and associated stocks. Write and update technical documentation. Train operators on production and control means. Contribute to continuous improvement processes (5S, SMED, performance optimization). Collaborate closely with the Production, Methods, and Quality teams. Your profile Technical training (CFC polymechanic, ES technician, BTS/DUT or equivalent diploma) with a specialization in machining, methods, or industrial production. Proven experience in CNC machining, ideally supplemented by experience in methods or industrialization. Mastery of FANUC, MAZAK, and SIEMENS numerical control programming. Solid knowledge of machining processes, manufacturing methods, and CNC program optimization. Experience in CAM and continuous improvement is an asset. Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and rigor. Ease in communicating with production teams and ability to provide technical support in the field. Team spirit, autonomy, and ability to propose solutions. Key skills CNC machining and process optimization. NC programming (FANUC, MAZAK, SIEMENS). CAM and machine programming.
