The FIFA Museum in Zurich offers unique exhibits, fascinating stories, multimedia and interactive attractions, exciting information and special memories. With extraordinary exhibitions as well as interesting culture and learning programs, the home of football history is a lively meeting point for fans and interested people of all ages from all over the world. For our Skills Zone stations and the other play areas in the museum, we are looking for an engaged and motivated Exhibition Support / Visitor Support Staff, 20%-60% - temporary until immediately or by arrangement You inspire our guests of all ages with your open and sympathetic nature and are primarily responsible for the interactive special exhibition in the museum with your creativity and enthusiasm. You contribute to ensuring that the museum visit remains an unforgettable experience for everyone. The assignments are flexible on call, are paid on an hourly basis and take place from Tuesday to Sunday. Your tasks: Supervision of special exhibition visitors Greeting and instructing visitors on the use of the special exhibition Supervision of the interactive stations of the new special exhibition Ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for visitors Checking the functionality and performance of devices and systems Supervision of entertainment media, troubleshooting minor technical problems and coordination with the technical support team Contact person in emergencies or problems on site, crisis management and forwarding to the responsible person Co-supervision of the Pinball stations in the museum if capacity permits Additional assignments at events are possible if interested Our requirements: Animated personality with joy in contact with an international audience of all ages Great interest and fascination in football and its history is an advantage Confident appearance Sociable and resilient Perseverance and ability to remain calm in hectic situations Flexibility and spontaneity in the execution of tasks Flexibility in working hours as well as regular and reliable readiness for assignment; especially also on weekends Very good knowledge of the German language, good English skills, any further language is an advantage Reliability towards the employer jpidb227ebdjm jit0834jm jiy26jm
