SQL Server Consultant

Your future begins here # You advise our customers in German-speaking Switzerland on Microsoft SQL Server databases, create concepts, participate in implementation, and ensure stable operation. As a database specialist, you work regularly on-site at the customer's premises. You will become part of a dedicated team that shares knowledge and communicates openly. In technologically demanding and innovative projects, you will take on responsibility and constantly develop further. • Design, implementation and operation of SQL Server database solutions • Planning and setup of backup and recovery • Construction of highly available database environments • Participation in migrations, performance analyses and monitoring Your skills • Degree (ETH/Uni/FH/HF) in computer science or technical qualification (EFZ) with further training (FH/HF) in computer science • Experience in administration of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server • Know-how in physical database design, backup and recovery, performance analysis and monitoring • Practical experience in the construction and operation of highly available database environments • Independent and self-responsible way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking • Enjoyment of working with customers and building relationships • High willingness to learn and flexibility • Very good German and good English; willingness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or from your home office.
