Exciting tasks await:

• Assessment of issues on behalf of the District Court President or the Specialist Judge of the Family Court
• Decision-making as a member of the Family Court regarding child and adult protection measures
• Conducting hearings and granting the right to be heard

Assignments for the part-time specialist judges take place as needed and by arrangement, whereby the primary professional obligations of the part-time specialist judges are taken into account for the specific assignment. The deployment takes place primarily in the mentioned districts. In addition, an assignment in other districts may become necessary. Compensation is according to the decree on compensation for part-time judges.

What you bring with you:

• Tertiary degree (University, FH or HFS) in Social Work, Psychology or Pedagogy
• Several years of professional experience in child and adult protection
• Further training in the new child and adult protection law
• Temporal flexibility and independence (in particular, no activity as a professional legal guardian or guardian in Kanton Aargau)
