In order to strengthen our Life Insurance Department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for an Accident Benefits Specialist, between 80% and 100%, in charge of case settlement. The missions awaiting you: • Ensure complete management of accident files within the assigned portfolio • Process claim openings and correspondence related to the files • Manage the complete processing and follow-up of files, including decisions • Collaborate with our clients as well as the various internal support services • Submit certain cases to the medical advisor • Pay medical expenses as well as daily allowances Your profile: • CFC as a commercial employee, ideally supplemented by a federal diploma in social insurance or training deemed equivalent • 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the field of benefits / claims in accident insurance • Very good knowledge of standard IT tools (MS Office) • Perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written, knowledge of Italian and/or English would be an asset If you are also of a committed, conscientious, organized, autonomous, efficient nature and comfortable in communication, while demonstrating good resistance to workload and a marked interest in varied activities, then you are probably the person we are looking for!
