What awaits you

• Advising and supporting customers, predominantly by telephone or at the customer reception
• Supporting insurance consultants in scheduling customer appointments
• Administrative support for insurance consultants
• Creation of offers and applications
• General correspondence

What you bring with you

• Commercial training in the insurance industry or many years of experience in insurance is mandatory
• VBV NL is an advantage
• Joy in expanding existing customer relationships
• Reliable, resilient personality combined with a swift way of working
• High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
• Convincing appearance with joy in dealing with people
• Positive and winning manner, sales flair
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage
