HR Partner (m/f)

In this versatile position, you play a central role within our human resources (HR) team. You are responsible for your specific areas of activity while actively contributing to the development of our processes. What awaits you with us • Advise IPI managers on all HR-related matters and support them throughout the employee life cycle. • Ensure the recruitment of new employees, in close collaboration with managers. • Offer guidance and support in change and transformation processes. • Accompany employees in case of prolonged absences due to illness or accident, or in conflict situations, and ensure coordination with the relevant internal and external interlocutors. • Collaborate closely with various internal actors. • Participate in strategic or operational HR projects and actively contribute to defining the employer brand and designing the employee life cycle (strategies, processes, digitalization projects, and HR tools). <br /> Your profile • Holder of a degree (HES/university) with a specialization in human resources, MBA mandatory • Several years of professional experience in the field of HR • Very good knowledge of French or German with good knowledge of the other language • Solid skills in consulting, communication, and human relations • Ability to work autonomously and in a network, while prioritizing solution-oriented approaches • Structured personality, possessing a strategic mindset and effectiveness in implementation, strong sense of responsibility • Enjoy collaborating with different target groups <br /> Your interlocutor Madame Carmen Brantschen HR Partner Telephone +41 31 377 70 07 Email jobs@ipi.ch (mailto:jobs@ipi.ch) Apply today and build your future with us!
