Support Coordinator Field Service (m/f/d)

As Support Coordinator Field Service, you are the central interface between our customers, Field Service, and internal specialist departments. You ensure the smooth running of service and support processes and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Personnel planning and coordination of maintenance assignments
• Assignment preparation with the customer and the Field Service technician and ensuring that the correct tools and material are available
• Coordination and ensuring the timely processing of support tickets
• Coordination of assignments with the control and support colleagues
• Review of technical work reports and maintenance reports and identification of quotation requirements
• Calculation and creation of offers for spare parts and assembly services
• Follow-up of offers until successful completion
• Coordination of interfaces to Project Management, Spare Parts Management, Account Management and Automation
• Close coordination with Field Service technicians as well as plant managers regarding schedule planning and assembly preparation
• Independent order processing including supplier orders, cost control and customer billing
• Recording and planning of training needs
• Collaboration on administrative tasks and continuous support of the team

What you bring with you

• Technical or commercial basic training, ideally with technical understanding
• Experience in order processing, service coordination or in technical customer support is an advantage
• Experience in assignment planning
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce 4 Service) and ERP (SAP), proficient in handling Microsoft Office products
• Confident handling of commercial processes such as calculation, offer creation and cost control
• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to set priorities in a customer- and business-oriented manner
• High customer orientation as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Team player with strong communication skills and high flexibility
• Willingness to continuously familiarize yourself with existing and new technologies
• Confident written and oral communication in German, English and French
• Documents work and processes reliably and completely
