To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Associate QC Manager Environmental Monitoring & Training Specialist (a) 100% Your tasks • Technical supervision and support of the sampling team in daily operations • Training, coaching, and mentoring of employees in the field of Environmental Monitoring • Support of production regarding questions on cleanroom behavior and aseptic working • Promotion of high GMP awareness in the involved specialist departments • Support during inspections as a subject matter expert • Development, implementation, and continuous further development of an efficient training and qualification concept • Conducting training for employees from quality control and production • Building a "Train-the-Trainer" concept for the qualification of further multipliers • Creation and maintenance of training documents, qualification programs, and success monitoring • Active tracking of new regulatory requirements, scientific developments, and best practices in the field of Environmental Monitoring, contamination control strategy, and cleanroom monitoring • Transfer of new findings into existing processes and training concepts • Participation in the continuous improvement of methods, processes, and quality standards • Technical coordination of projects related to Environmental Monitoring and cleanroom monitoring • Participation in risk analyses, Change Controls, and CAPA measures • Support in the processing of deviations, OOS, OOT, and Alert/Action Level events • Derivation and follow-up of suitable improvement measures Your profile • Completed training as a laboratory technician or a degree in natural sciences (FH/University) • Several years of relevant professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment, in the areas of Environmental Monitoring, microbiology, quality control • Profound knowledge of GMP requirements, cleanroom monitoring, and contamination control • Experience in training, technical guidance, or qualification of employees • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills • Very good German and good English skills Our offer: • A dynamic and strongly growing work environment with internal development opportunities • Flexible working hours with the possibility for home office and the option to take additional vacation days with a reduced working percentage • Employee promotion through numerous internal and external continuing education offers • 60% coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as the possibility for supra-mandatory provision with our choice savings plan • Access to the benefits platform Swibeco with discounts at external partners • Fresh, healthy, and diverse food in our staff restaurant • Diverse free sports activities on the Bachem Campus Would you like to drive innovations forward together with us?
