The Schule Aefligen is located quietly and close to nature between Solothurn and Bern, directly on the Emme. Whether by car via the Kirchberg/Alchenflüh motorway junction only three minutes away or by train via the Burgdorf-Solothurn line, Schule Aefligen is excellently accessible! From summer 2026, we will teach two kindergarten classes, one 1./2. grade, one 3./4. grade, and one 5./6. grade at our small, family-like school. Tasks ###

From 1 November 2026 to 2 July 2027, we are looking for an IF teacher who supports and promotes our students in Mathematics for 5 lessons per week. The assignment takes place on Monday and Thursday mornings respectively: Monday: 09.05 - 09.50 Uhr: 5. grade 10.20 - 11.05 Uhr: 6. grade 11.05 - 11.50 Uhr: 3. grade Thursday: 09.05 - 09.50 Uhr: 5. grade 10.20 - 11.05 Uhr: 6. grade The employment is for 4 lessons via the Gemeindeverband in Kirchberg and for 1 lesson directly through our school. The four scheduled meetings for IF teachers take place in Kirchberg and must be attended accordingly. Additional possibility: From 1 November 2026 to 31 July 2027, there is the possibility to additionally take over 2 lessons of Sport on Monday afternoons in the 5./6. grade.

You are mathematically proficient and can explain mathematical content understandably and in different ways. You enjoy supporting children individually and addressing their different learning requirements. You can inspire children for mathematics and convey a joy of learning to them. You enjoy working in a team and maintain appreciative cooperation with the class teachers. You are reliable, committed, and like to get involved in our school daily life.
