About the role ###

On behalf of our client, a large-scale structure based in Genève, we are looking for a technical assistant in buildings!

As part of a soundproofing program for surrounding buildings, your role will combine administrative and technical responsibilities to ensure the identification and eligibility of buildings for acoustic insulation subsidies. You will join a small, dynamic team with whom you will collaborate regularly for the management of this program!

Tasks ##

• Identify properties through census and retrieval of information from the land registry
• Collaborate with program coordinators for the feeding of the database and the archiving of documents and files.
• Verify the eligibility of buildings for a soundproofing subsidy
• Perform the analysis of technical building plans to ensure that permits and the object of the work are taken into account by the acoustic renovation project.

We are looking for ###

• You benefit from training or technical experience related to buildings
• You know how to read and interpret cadastre plans and section plans
• If you have knowledge of tools for accessing building permits (a big +)
• You are looking for a long-term position
• You speak French fluently
