For the Basel location, we are looking for an experienced leader as: Head of Service HVAC # YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY In this role, you will take the service organization to the next level and specifically contribute your experience, your network, and your leadership strength. You will assume technical, disciplinary, and organizational responsibility for your area and further develop an already strong team. For customers, you are a reliable contact person who builds and maintains long-term partnerships. In addition, you promote the further development of the approximately 25 technicians and ensure that know-how, quality, and service orientation grow continuously. Thanks to your affinity for digital solutions, you drive the integration of new IT tools and actively participate in internal projects that modernize and strengthen the service area. YOUR PROFILE You are a professional in building technology and have proven leadership experience. You know how to lead a service area with economic success while simultaneously establishing a strong team culture. The Basel region is familiar to you - whether personally or professionally.
