HR-Allround-Talent SAP HCM, 80-100% For my client, a company in the producing industry, we are looking for an organizationally strong HR all-rounder talent who has fun with operational topics as well as further developing and significantly shaping HR. You are directly subordinate to the CEO and report to them. You are able to lead a department, not just manage it (with punctual support). Do you have an overview, enjoy a broad field of responsibility and hands-on tasks? Then we are looking for you as; HR-Allround-Talent SAP HCM, 80-100% Your tasks You advise management in labor law topics and questions in HR-relevant topics You handle HR administration independently (On/Off-Boarding, certificates, terminations) You support the line in recruitment You bring in ideas on talent promotion and development Control and implementation of the recruitment and onboarding process Collaboration in projects (as part of a transparent HR policy, HR controlling is to be designed in more detail) You process employee master data in SAP HCM Your profile HR professional with completed further training as an HR specialist, mandatory. High degree of independence and a strong service orientation, responsible, solution-oriented thinking and working, and a dynamic personality are sought.
