On behalf of one of our clients, a recognized brand in the high-quality artisanal bakery and chocolaterie sector, we are looking for a Salesperson / Commercial Employee specialized in placing commercial flair and customer service at the center of their priorities.

Your mission

• Welcome & Personalized Advice: Offer impeccable and warm customer service to local and international clientele.
• Sales Development: Highlight products, advise customers on the specifics of specialties, and practice consultative/additional selling.
• Shop Maintenance: Enhance displays (breads, pastries, chocolates), ensure permanent restocking, and guarantee strict compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Cash Management: Ensure payments, maintenance of the cash journal, and daily closing.

Your profile

• Sense of Service & Commercial Flair: You are dynamic, smiling, endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, and have a taste for customer satisfaction.
• Languages:
• French: Native language or fluent level required.
• English: A major asset for communicating easily with international clientele.
• Knowledge / Experience (A strong asset): Previous experience in chocolaterie, pastry, or fine bakery is highly appreciated.
• Background: 2 to 3 years of experience in retail/gastronomy.
• Soft Skills: Neat presentation, rigor, flexibility in schedules (work possible on weekends), and resistance to stress during peak periods.
