Our client - an innovative nursing home - is setting new standards in the care of people with care needs as well as people with dementia. Located in the middle of the village, it is at the same time a cross-generational meeting point and a place of peace. Three residential groups and four studios offer space to shape everyday life together and individually.

Job Description ##

• Deployment in the night shift
• Independent and competent execution of nursing processes.
• Coordination and monitoring of medication and therapies.
• Professional documentation and ensuring nursing quality.
• Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
• Accompanying and supporting apprentices and students

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH.
• Professional experience in a relevant specialist area is an advantage.
• Sense of responsibility and high social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.
• Willingness for flexible working hours and weekend services.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
