Medical Controller, 80 - 100% # The Amt für Gesundheit ensures high-quality and economically sustainable healthcare in the Canton of Zürich. It ensures seamless medical treatment and care and promotes the health of the Zürich population. The Abteilung Versorgungsplanung plans and manages healthcare in the canton. To this end, it purchases services according to demand, monitors their provision, and promotes the quality of treatment. For performance controlling, the further development of the SPLG systematics, and the content-related processing of the associated SPLG-Grouper software, we are looking for a Medical Controller, 80-100%, effective immediately or by arrangement. Tasks ### In your role, you will actively help shape the future of the Zürich hospital landscape. Within the framework of performance mandate controlling, you will monitor compliance with the performance mandates of the cantonal hospital planning in the areas of acute medicine, psychiatry, and rehabilitation. You will further develop the requirements and criteria of hospital planning in general, as well as the individual hospital planning service groups (SPLG), and model them in the SPLG-Grouper developed for this purpose. In addition, you will participate in projects for coordinated hospital planning and lead your own projects in your subject area. You will also represent the Amt in cantonal and national working groups and engage in regular exchange with various subject matter experts. Requirements ### You have completed further training as a Medical Controller and bring several years of professional experience in this field as well as in a hospital. Ideally, you also have a university degree in human medicine. You are very familiar with the Swiss healthcare system, and you also have sound knowledge of the coding catalogues CHOP and ICD. You are skilled in analyzing complex issues, abstracting them, and converting them into digital solutions. You quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas, enjoy working interdisciplinary, and convince through your structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working. You are able to convey complex content in a target-group-oriented and understandable manner. Furthermore, you are characterized by very good IT skills as well as a high affinity for digital applications. Knowledge of the hospital planning service groups as well as French language skills are an advantage.
