In this versatile and responsible function, you ensure the trouble-free and safe operation of the buildings, technical systems and the entire infrastructure. You plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance, repair and servicing work and take over the coordination of external service providers. In addition, you actively participate in renovation, refurbishment and investment projects and ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental and legal requirements. The continuous optimization of the infrastructure, the operational processes and the energy efficiency is also part of your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you support budget planning, undertake cost and contract controls and are the central contact person for internal departments, external partners and authorities. The coordination and management of external service providers as well as the areas of building cleaning and caretaker services round off your versatile area of responsibility.

For this position, you have completed technical basic training, for example in the field of electrical, HLKS, building automation, construction or facility maintenance, ideally supplemented by further training in Facility Management. You bring several years of professional experience in technical building operations or Facility Management as well as good knowledge of building and system technology. Knowledge of the relevant safety and environmental regulations as well as experience in project management are an advantage. Good IT user skills, an understanding of budgeting and cost control as well as construction-technical and business administration understanding complement your profile.

You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner and maintain an overview even when several tasks are running in parallel.
